Chahar, 32, who played for Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2025 season, looked sharp in a black suit, while Jaya wore an elegant white dress. Their appearance quickly drew attention from fans and the media, with Wimbledon's official Instagram account sharing a picture of the couple.

The cricketer’s visit closely followed that of India’s vice-captain, Rishabh Pant, who is currently with the Indian team ahead of the crucial third Test against Ben Stokes’ England side. Pant’s presence at SW19 was also met with enthusiasm from fans on social media.

Virat Kohli, who retired from Test cricket earlier this year, made his first Wimbledon appearance in a decade alongside his wife, Anushka Sharma. The couple were seen enjoying the atmosphere from the Royal Box.

Other cricketing legends have also been spotted at the tournament, including James Anderson and Joe Root. Root even shared a moment with tennis legend Roger Federer during the Novak Djokovic vs Alex de Minaur match.

Wimbledon 2025 has attracted global sporting icons, from Stuart Broad to Maria Sharapova, David Beckham, and John Cena, solidifying its status as more than just a tennis tournament.
